| 高固相含量的流延浆料是流延成型制备高性能氮化铝陶瓷的关键因素之一。溶剂和分散剂是高固相含量的流延浆料的关键。溶剂必须满足以下条件： High solid content of the casting slurry is one of the key factors for the preparation of high performance AlN Ceramics by casting. Solvent and dispersant are the key to high solid content casting slurry. The solvent must meet the following conditions: （1）必须与其他添加成分相溶，如分散剂、粘结剂和增塑剂等； (1) it must be soluble with other added components, such as dispersant, binder, plasticizer, etc. （2）化学性质稳定，不与粉料发生化学反应； (2) the chemical property is stable and does not react with the powder; （3）对粉料颗粒的润湿性能好； (3) the wettability of powder particles is good; （4）易于挥发与烧除； (4) it is easy to volatilize and burn; （5）使用安全、卫生且对环境污染小。 (5) it is safe, hygienic and has little environmental pollution. |
