氮化铝陶瓷室温比较强度高,且不易受温度变化影响,同时具有比较高的热导系数和比较低的热膨胀系数,是一种优良的耐热冲材料及热交换材料,作为热交换材料,可望应用于燃气轮机的热交换器上。氮化铝具有与铝、钙等金属不润湿等特性。
Aluminum nitride ceramics have high room temperature strength and are not easily affected by temperature changes. They also have high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient. They are excellent heat-resistant punching materials and heat exchange materials. As heat exchange materials, they are expected to be applied to heat exchangers of gas turbines. Aluminum nitride is not wetted with aluminium, calcium and other metals.
