High room temperature strength, low thermal expansion coefficient, strong corrosion resistance of molten metals and good dielectric properties have attracted widespread attention at home and abroad due to their unique advantages. As a high performance dielectric ceramics, aluminum nitride can replace silicon carbide, or even partly replace alumina, and is regarded as a promising new generation of excellent substrate materials.
